Since March 2007 we do our best to create the most exclusive fabrics and designs for you. The fabrics are original and not created for the resell market. You will not find our clothes at freebee places!
Please note Exclusive Designs can be purchased at XstreetSL, the main store at Java Island and through our affiliates.

We do not take custom work. All sales are final.
All our clothing is based on the average avatar:

Body Thickness 50

Please adjust your avatar when wearing our clothes or modify the clothes if possible.

:::: Frequently Asked Questions & Answers ::::
:::: 1. Q: How do I find out when you have new things? ::::
A: When you rezz the box, you will be automatically a member of the ::JI Fashion:: list. If not, please visit our main store and click ‘subscribe’ on the kiosk. It is free and will not cost you a group slot! You will be notified when we have new fashion products, sales, events or updates. If you want to remove yourself from the list please go to the main store and click the ‘unsubscribe’ button.
:::: 2. Q: I bought something but I want to return/exchange it. Can I do this? ::::
A: Only if the item is transferable AND if there is any defect on the item. Other than this a refund or exchange is not possible. There are no exceptions to this. It is your responsibility to use care when purchasing items. Think before you buy items if this is what you want. All our objects are clearly marked with price and permissions. If you have doubts contact Ina Pidgeon.
:::: 3. Q: I purchased something but it’s no longer in my inventory. Where is it? ::::
A: No worries. It can be replaced. Usually inventory losses are due to SL bugs, try to relog first and clear cache (Edit, Preferences, Network, clear cache button) this usually does the trick 
Also a full inventory search for the item; open your inventory and where it says “Type here to search” type in “Exclusive Design” – this will bring up all items by Exclusive Design or at least the folder.
:::: 4. Q. I did not receive anything! ::::
A: SL can be very laggy and delay the process of delivery. In this case the only thing you can do is wait a while. Did the vendor offer you the item? Did a blue box come up saying Accept/Decline/Mute?
If it never showed, check your transactions list on the website www.secondlife.com, to check if there was a transaction. Due to lag/SL problems transactions can be stale. You MUST accept the item offered…this is what you are buying. If you didn’t accept, please check your trash folder.
• When you are in BUSY MODE it will automatically decline all inventory offers. Check your trash folder.
• Do you accidentally MUTED ME? Please check your mute list. This list you can find in VIEW, MUTELIST. Please check you Trash folder for the clothing.
If all this fails please send me a notecard with the following information:
- missing item name
- when it was purchased
- who purchased it
::: 5. Q. The texture is grey, missing or has a different colour. What should I do? ::::
It could be glitch in SL that caused this at the time the item was created. Sometimes grey textures show because the textures are not fully loaded. In places where there is lag you can experience this. Try to rebake your avatar’s textures. This may help. Do the textures not show after rebake and relog IM Ina Pidgeon to get a replacement. In other cases please try to relog, clear cache and if that does not help please contact Ina Pidgeon for a replacement.
